Clear terms for orders, returns, and exchanges

Policy Details

  • Payment Requirements

    Ordered and reserved parts must be reserved with payment up front.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    For a quick and easy return, have your receipt for items for returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted up to 21 days of the original purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 21 days.

  • Item Condition

    Merchandise must be undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Refund Method

    Refunds will be based on original payment type except for cash payments above $25. If you have a return larger than $25 with cash, a check will be sent in the mail within 14 business days.

  • Restocking Charge

    There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returned items and return shipping costs.

  • Defective Items

    Defective items will be replaced with the same items ONLY.

  • Reserved Items

    Ordered and reserved items will only be reserved for up to 21 days.

  • Custom-made hoses
  • Manufacturer non-returnable parts
